Welcome!! I have always had a passion in helping others create the best version of themselves. Weather it is being there as a support, problem solving in the moment or building a lasting rapport to help you for years to come. I can make sure your well-being comes first in our sessions. My goal is to help you make strides in your life to be a support to get you where you want to be in life.

I always had a passion to help individuals focus on themselves after being in high controlled environments. This can include being in a relationship with someone that is controlling. Weather it is a work, school, or home environment or being involved in a religious or high controlled group and you are struggling to adjust to every day situations. I can help you break through and help you recognize anxiety, depression, and overwhelming feelings do not have a place in your every day life.

I have several years of experience. From working in group homes when I was in college, to being a Case Manager while getting my Masters Degree. I have been a therapist for the last 15 years along with having 10 years working in the Managed Care Sector. Along every step of the way I have encountered several individuals that are unsure how to handle their emotions from being in their current or prior situations and the goal is always helping them find an appropriate outlet for them to feel safe.

My goal has always been to make sure your needs are met and have a caring and inviting atmosphere. I have extensive work working with multiple age ranges and also populations. My passion has always been working with individuals that just want to be heard and learn that they have a strong and amazing voice. I value the opportunity watching individuals strive and recognize their inner strengths.
